My journey with healthy eating began in 2018. I have truly fallen in love with nutrition and found a way to finally make clean eating sustainable. Now, I want to share all that I have learned with my community and especially my fellow foodies!!! I am proud to be doing my part in helping to alter tastes and perceptions about what food and "diets" should be. My team consists of myself, and my counterpart Chef Adam.
